Introduction

Welcome to Jeeptoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Jeeptoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services offered at jeeptoto.cam (the "Website").

By creating an account on Jeeptoto, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you are required to cease use of the Website immediately and refrain from registering an account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Jeeptoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real money and/or bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money by a User into their Jeeptoto Account via an approved payment method including but not limited to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), or Tether (USDT).
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process, including identity verification, age verification, and proof of payment method, conducted by Jeeptoto in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Platform" means the Jeeptoto website accessible at jeeptoto.cam, including all associated sub-pages, services, features, games, and tools.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real money or bonus funds stake placed by a User on any game, event, or outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia, which is the primary currency used on the Jeeptoto platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on Jeeptoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. Jeeptoto enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. This age threshold applies to all users regardless of their place of residence within Malaysia.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations set out herein.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Jeeptoto or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You are not registering under the direction, instruction, or on behalf of any third party.
6. You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Malaysia, a valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number.

Jeeptoto operates a KYC verification programme that requires all Users to verify their identity before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — both front and back.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your MyKad.
• Proof of your payment method (e.g., screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name and phone number, or bank statement showing your full name and account number).

Jeeptoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, unusual account activity, or large withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time frame may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Jeeptoto platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following terms govern your general use of the Website and services:

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent closure of all identified accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to anti-fraud authorities.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Jeeptoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

5.3 Accurate Information

All information provided to Jeeptoto — during registration, KYC, or any subsequent updates — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

5.4 Jurisdiction and Access

Users are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Jeeptoto platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Jeeptoto makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and Jeeptoto bears no liability in this regard.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

Jeeptoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Jeeptoto does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawal amounts must fall within the minimum and maximum limits applicable to your account tier and chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

6.3 Processing Times

Standard processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX may take between 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes, subject to network confirmation times. Gold VIP members may be eligible for same-day bank transfer processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

Jeeptoto offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to individual wagering requirements, which may range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from the use of Bonus Funds, after all wagering requirements are met, become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Jeeptoto reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies, will result in the disqualification of the User from the promotion, potential Account suspension, and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All bonuses and promotions are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Jeeptoto platform, including sports betting markets (covering events such as Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and other international sporting events) and casino games:

• Wagers can only be placed using available real-money balance or eligible Bonus Funds. Wagers placed using insufficient funds will be void.
• Once confirmed, a wager cannot be cancelled or amended by the User unless the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault affecting the outcome of any game or bet, Jeeptoto reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Where a sporting event or market is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, Jeeptoto's individual sport-specific rules shall govern the settlement of all affected bets.
• Jeeptoto reserves the right to void any wager that it determines, in its sole discretion, was placed in error, resulted from a pricing error, or was facilitated by fraudulent means.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply across all games and markets. These limits may vary by game type, event, and account tier.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeeptoto platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a proxy, third party, or alternative identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Users for the purpose of manipulating outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such activity will be void and forfeited.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian laws or international financial regulations.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or regulatory restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any Jeeptoto employee, support agent, or other User.

Jeeptoto reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to Account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, permanent ban, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Jeeptoto platform — including but not limited to the Jeeptoto brand name, logo, graphical interface, game content, promotional materials, software, and written text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jeeptoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Jeeptoto.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeeptoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.
• Any technical malfunction, interruption, or error affecting the operation of the Platform or your access thereto.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account, data, or transmissions, where such access was not caused by our negligence.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or DuitNow network outages.

Jeeptoto's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Jeeptoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered Users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. We strongly encourage all Users to set personal limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders after specified periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) where you will be unable to access your account or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration specified.

Account Suspension & Termination

Jeeptoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or comply with KYC verification requirements.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus schemes.
• Requests for self-exclusion initiated by the User.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires us to restrict or terminate access.

Where an Account is closed at a User's request in good standing (i.e., no breach of Terms), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements on outstanding Bonus Funds.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Jeeptoto operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through Jeeptoto's customer support team.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated through formal channels as appropriate. Jeeptoto's decisions on all game and betting outcomes are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the applicable game-specific rules. Jeeptoto will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
